LodeStone Terms of Service

These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using LodeStone. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and only for lawful, consent-based group coordination.

1. What LodeStone Does

LodeStone provides temporary group channels with live radar-style location sharing, beacons, messages, safety check-ins, SOS alerts, games, themes, identity cosmetics, and related features.

2. Location Sharing and Safety

You are responsible for choosing when to share your location and who you join channels with. Do not use LodeStone to track someone without consent, harass anyone, trespass, or create unsafe situations. Safety features are helpful coordination tools, not a replacement for emergency services.

3. User Content

You may send messages, status updates, beacons, photos, names, profile styling, and other content through the app. Do not upload or share illegal, abusive, threatening, sexually explicit, hateful, or privacy-invasive content.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

LodeStone may offer subscriptions and one-time purchases through Google Play or another platform app store. Purchases are handled by the platform provider and are subject to that provider's billing, refund, and cancellation rules.

5. App Availability

LodeStone may change, pause, remove, or update features over time. Channels may expire, fail to connect, or be interrupted by network, device, permission, or service issues.

6. No Warranty

LodeStone is provided as-is and as-available. The app may not always be accurate, available, or suitable for a particular situation. GPS and compass data can be wrong or delayed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, LodeStone and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
